Rethinking your shopping bag

Whether you're shopping for groceries, clothing, or anything else, we as consumers have become accustomed to having a bag to hold our goods. However, the environmental cost and life span of the bag we use varies depending on the material used to produce it. The environmental burden of plastic, paper, cotton, and other reusable bag options burden the environment most in production and disposal. The easiest way to lessen the burden is to reuse your bag, no matter what it's made of.
