Color The Water: Black surfers healing through the water

Color The Water centers the story of Rahzizi, a recently graduated student from the University of Southern California. Rahzizi is a part of the organization, Color The Water, a non-profit that aims to provide people of color free surfing lessons as a means of combatting the effects of environmental racism & generational trauma. Color The Water is a story that highlights how reconnection with the water can serve as a means of healing for the Black community amidst the racial injustices that plague the United States.
